About This Role
- Automate network processes including Wireless KPI monitoring, feasibility validation, and reporting to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Support FTTH migration and validate network feasibility and capacity for PRI, TP, IWAN, and legacy networks.
- Drive Microwave-to-Fiber migration, network optimization, and develop dashboards to enable planning, sales support, and business growth.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in Network Planning/Operations and feasibility validation in Telecom/ISP.
- Knowledge of Wireless, FTTH, Fiber, and IWAN network technologies.
- Technical skills in Python, SQL, Excel; exposure to OFT/ISP/ONNET and Power BI/Tableau preferred.
- Work Experience Required: 2 - 4 Years; Location: India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in telecom network planning with hands-on exposure to automation and feasibility validation processes.
- Comfortable coordinating cross-functionally with Sales, Network, Engineering, Operations, and Technology teams for network optimization.
- Data-driven with ability to develop dashboards and insights supporting network utilization and business conversion.
