About This Role
- Manage exclusive sales of manual welding systems across all ranges.
- Support sales team with follow-ups and other sales support tasks.
- Learn welding basics and equipment maintenance by shadowing service engineers; conduct product advantage education and practical training for customers.
Minimum Requirements
- Fresher with B.E. in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Metallurgy, Production or Diploma in Electronics/Electrical OR up to 1 year welding-related work experience.
- Basic computer skills including email and MS Office.
- Good communication skills.
- Work Experience Required: Fresher or maximum 1 year welding-related experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Entry-level candidate with technical education focused on mechanical, mechatronics, metallurgy, production, electronics, or electrical fields.
- Willingness to engage in on-the-job learning through shadowing.
- Ability to support sales and training efforts, indicating a combination of technical learning and customer interaction aptitude.
