About This Role
- Monitor player accounts and transactions to detect potential fraud risks and anomalies.
- Support fraud investigations by gathering evidence, documenting findings, and collaborating with teams to resolve cases.
- Manage the Risk hotline, maintain records of fraud prevention activities, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and ethical guidelines.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience in risk mitigation function, preferably in an online business sector.
- Knowledge of customer due diligence, KYC, and anti-money laundering processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts.
