About This Role
- Own quality engineering strategy and operating model for Commerce & Payments division, including quality gates and release readiness criteria.
- Lead AI adoption in quality engineering to improve test coverage, productivity, and defect prediction specifically for Commerce scenarios.
- Mentor SDET Managers and Leads, provide quality metrics and updates to executive leadership, and align quality goals with business objectives.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years in software testing/quality engineering with 5+ years in senior leadership managing complex product teams.
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, RestAssured) and programming languages (Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Harness), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Hands-on experience building AI/ML-based testing tools and architecting test strategies for microservices, distributed systems, and mobile platforms.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience owning quality strategy and reliability outcomes in high-transaction SaaS platforms such as CRM, Payments, Fintech, or Automation.
- Strategic leader capable of integrating AI technologies into quality engineering processes and driving quality culture shifts.
- Experienced in stakeholder management across Engineering, Product, DevOps, and business functions in fast-paced, rapid release environments.
