About This Role
- Lead and oversee delivery of major software development projects or portfolios, ensuring alignment with Agile methodologies and program-specific goals.
- Manage a multidisciplinary development team of 8+ members, including running Agile ceremonies and enforcing sound development practices.
- Coordinate between development, support, vendor, and business units to ensure incident resolution within SLA, technical continuity, and delivery of complex initiatives such as technology migration and application security.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years in information technology.
- Minimum 3 years of people management experience leading development teams.
- Experience working in Agile environments, ideally with SAFe practices, including Scrum Master experience of 4 years.
- Ability to travel up to 30%; experience managing remote/offshore teams and vendor relationships.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading complex, high-visibility technology programs integrating development, operations, and infrastructure disciplines.
- Familiar with application architecture, CI/CD, DevOps, and technical strategy planning to drive effective delivery outcomes.
- Holds recognized Agile or project management certifications such as SAFe Agilist, Scrum Alliance CSM/CSPO, or PMI PMP/ACP.
