About This Role
- Review and interpret client incentive agreements ensuring correct US GAAP accounting treatment and contract compliance.
- Manage incentive contract setups, payment processing, forecasting, amortization schedules, and financial reporting related to client incentives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Sales, Legal, IT) to resolve issues, ensure compliance with SOX and audit requirements, and drive process improvements and automation.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in accounting, audit, finance, or operations.
- Professional qualification such as CA, CPA or equivalent.
- Experience with US GAAP, advanced Excel skills; knowledge of Oracle-based applications is a plus.

- Experience working in financial operations related to client incentive agreements or contract accounting within a corporate environment.
- Ability to manage detailed financial reconciliations and forecasts under fast-paced conditions with compliance focus (SOX, audits).
- Strong collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders including Finance, Sales, Legal, and IT, indicating experience in matrixed organizations.
