About This Role
- Own engagement-level financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting in partnership with senior leadership.
- Analyze financial performance and KPIs to deliver insights improving profitability and efficiency.
- Act as finance business partner for delivery teams, ensuring financial compliance, risk mitigation, and revenue management across project lifecycles.
Minimum Requirements
- MBA in Finance with approximately 8 years relevant experience OR CA/CPA/CMA with approximately 6 years relevant experience.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and data handling tools such as Excel, Power BI.
- Experience using financial systems like SAP and Side Car (Quarry) for reporting and data management.
- Work Experience Required: MBA path~8 years; CA/CPA/CMA path~6 years.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong financial strategist comfortable partnering with business and delivery leadership in a complex engagement environment.
- Demonstrated ability to independently drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial governance as an individual contributor.
- Experienced in detailed financial data analysis and reporting to influence operational and financial decisions in managed services or IT services settings.
