About This Role
- Maintain accurate financial records and handle Accounts Payable and Receivable processes including invoice verification and payment processing.
- Monitor cash flow and support payroll processing, employee reimbursements, and vendor ledger reconciliations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports, perform bank reconciliations, assist in month-end closing, and support budgeting and forecasting activities.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce or finance is mandatory; MBA (Finance) or equivalent preferred.
- 2–4 years of work experience in Accounts Receivable, preferably in hospitality or service sector.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sun, Osais) and Microsoft Excel is required.
- Knowledge of GST and statutory compliance related to billing and collections is mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in financial operations within the hospitality or service industry focusing on receivables and vendor management.
- Ability to manage compliance with internal policies and statutory regulations including taxation (GST, TDS).
- Demonstrated skills in coordinating with multiple stakeholders across hotel locations and supporting audit processes.
