About This Role
- Supervise a team responsible for projects, implementations, and training related to process improvements within financial strategy and operations.
- Maintain accounting, financial, and reporting policies and controls ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to regulations.
- Establish KPIs, investigate process shortfalls, prepare data compilations and present findings to senior leadership, driving productivity and positive impact on customer objectives.
Minimum Requirements
- CA or equivalent Chartered Accountant qualification with people management experience is mandatory.
- 5+ years of job-related experience; prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.
- Experience in Record to Report (RTR) and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
- High School Diploma or GED minimum educational qualification.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in supervising finance teams with focus on process optimization and adherence to financial policies.
- Strong expertise in financial reporting, process improvement, and ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, and skilled in quantitative analysis such as advanced calculations and metrics development.
