About This Role
- Manage and govern strategic IT programs and portfolio initiatives globally, including planning, risk management, dependency tracking, and executive reporting.
- Partner with program managers and leadership to provide visibility into portfolio health, financial metrics, resource constraints, and key business outcomes.
- Develop and maintain executive reporting, dashboards, automations using tools like Smartsheet, Power BI, and Microsoft technologies to improve PMO efficiency and decision-making.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
- 7+ years of experience in IT strategy, consulting, business intelligence, PMO reporting, business analysis, project coordination, data analytics, or IT operations support.
- Experience supporting project, program, portfolio, PMO, or transformation initiatives in IT or consulting environments.
- Hands-on experience with Smartsheet and Power BI for reporting, dashboards, metrics, and automation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in working with global IT portfolios involving multi-region collaboration, especially India, US, and Europe.
- Proficient in portfolio and program management fundamentals including demand intake, financial tracking, governance, and stakeholder management.
- Skilled in analytical problem solving and developing scalable reporting solutions using advanced analytics, automation, and AI tools.
