About This Role
- Lead SAP FICO workstreams including implementation, Brownfield conversion, rollout, enhancement, and support for SAP S/4HANA projects.
- Drive SAP ECC to S/4HANA Brownfield conversion initiatives covering assessment, Fit-Gap analysis, Simplification Item remediation, testing, deployment, and Hypercare support.
- Design, configure, and support end-to-end SAP Finance and Controlling processes, coordinating finance transformation, process standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-10+ years of SAP FICO consulting experience with strong expertise in Financial Accounting and Controlling processes.
- Proven experience delivering SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA Brownfield Conversion projects including Simplification Item analysis and remediation.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- SAP FICO or SAP S/4HANA Finance certification preferred; experience with SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading large-scale SAP S/4HANA finance transformations including global rollouts and Brownfield conversions.
- Strong domain expertise in Product Costing, Material Ledger, Financial Closing, Reporting, and integration with SAP MM, SD, PP, QM, PS, and Treasury.
- Background in Manufacturing, Automotive, Consumer Goods, Retail, FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, or Process Industries preferred.
