About This Role
- Analyze and document end-to-end IAM processes to identify gaps, dependencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Design and continuously improve IAM processes by considering business, user, and technical requirements.
- Translate stakeholder requirements into functional requirements, user stories, and workflows, coordinating with technical teams for implementation.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IAM and process management.
- Strong expertise in process analysis, process mapping, and requirements analysis.
- Proven experience collaborating with business and technical teams.
- Advanced level of English.
