About This Role
- Implement and support HR agenda for Sales organization in East Zone, Auto Division, aligning with business needs.
- Drive Strategic Workforce Planning and manage talent management processes including performance management and capability development.
- Manage recruitment, employee engagement, total rewards, HR operations, and support implementation of HR technology solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 to 7 years of relevant HR experience.
- MBA or Masters in HRM degree required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and knowledgeable in HR processes and practices.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with deadline sensitivity and stakeholder management skills.

- Experienced in managing HR operations in a sales or automotive business context with a strategic orientation.
- Capable of handling high volume tasks independently with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
