About This Role
- Lead the enterprise Application Configuration Management and Drift Governance program to support regulatory and cyber risk remediation initiatives.
- Establish and manage governance processes for configuration baselines, patch audit governance, compliance tracking, exception management, and executive reporting across enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive configuration hardening, continuous monitoring, audit evidence readiness, and implement scalable governance processes including KPI/KRI reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- 8-12 years of relevant experience in Application Configuration Management, Patch Management, or Cybersecurity Governance.
- Strong technical communication skills with experience in regulatory remediation, audit, and compliance programs.
- Work location: Hybrid model requiring at least 3 days in-office per week; working hours 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM IST.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader capable of owning enterprise-wide governance programs involving multiple technology and security teams.
- Strong background in cybersecurity risk management frameworks (CIS Benchmarks, NIST), configuration compliance, and vulnerability management.
- Proficient in using ServiceNow, CMDB, and governance reporting tools alongside building executive-level dashboards and KPIs.
