About This Role
- Lead month-end close and deliver accurate financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) for assigned entities.
- Provide variance and commercial analysis to guide business decisions and partner with business leaders on budgeting and forecasting.
- Improve accounting processes and controls, support audits for IFRS and local compliance, and coach finance team members.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CA, or equivalent) mandatory.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in management accounting, finance controlling, or similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, local accounting rules, and ERP systems like SAP; proficient in Excel.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leadership or coaching within small to medium finance teams, ideally in international or regulated environments.
- Hands-on expertise in financial planning, driver-based forecasting, and working with automation/reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Able to translate financial data into clear commercial insights, adapt to fast-moving environments, and support finance transformation projects.
