About This Role
- Manage end-to-end cash reconciliation for CDO/CLO products and investigate cash breaks.
- Prepare internal and external reports and circulate manual documents related to cash reconciliation.
- Collaborate with client oversight, control groups, trading desks, and client services to ensure adherence to SOPs, Risk & Control Framework, and SLAs, while driving continuous improvement of services and controls.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce
- 5-8 years of experience in financial services, preferably Syndicate Loan operations including CDO/CLO products.
- Mandatory domain knowledge of Syndicate Loans, CLO, CDO, Bonds, Bank loans, MBS and strong experience in cash and stock reconciliation, trade processing, and settlements.
- Strong understanding of Capital Markets, Portfolio Accounting, Security Setup; effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex cash reconciliation and investigations within syndicate loan or capital markets operations.
- Operationally oriented with a track record of liaising with multiple functional teams and driving adherence to compliance and control frameworks.
- Familiarity with process improvement initiatives, client onboarding, and possibly tools like Power BI, Power Query, or automation technologies.
