About This Role
- Support accurate and timely processing of securities transactions across trade lifecycle including settlement, reconciliation, cash movements, and account servicing.
- Ensure daily operational activities are completed accurately and adhere to policies, controls, and risk requirements within established timelines.
- Collaborate internally and identify process improvements, while researching and escalating operational issues and exceptions as needed.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 6+ months securities operations experience or equivalent through work, training, military experience, or education.
- Ability to work 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM shift.
- Ability to work in a hybrid work model as per business requirements.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 6+ months securities operations experience (or equivalent).

- Familiar with securities operation functions like trade processing, settlement, reconciliation, cash movements, and account servicing.
- Detail-oriented following established procedures, controls, and risk requirements closely.
- Capable of communicating effectively, collaborating with teams, and managing operational exceptions in a controlled environment.
