About This Role
- Develop and enhance business systems to deliver new or improved products and tools for clients and internal functions.
- Analyze business and user needs, document requirements, and modify systems to address logic difficulties.
- Provide guidance to less-experienced Business Systems Analysts during system analysis phases.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in systems analysis.
- Knowledge of business-wide applications or IQVIA client-facing applications and products.
- Thorough knowledge of IQVIA data and current systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working with both client requirements and underlying infrastructure applications, systems, and processes.
- Comfortable operating in phases of systems analysis considering business impacts of technology.
- Capable of mentoring junior analysts, indicating a mid-level analyst role with some leadership responsibility.
