About This Role
- Lead Project Accounting, Master Data Management, and Billing operations for ERM's Global Delivery Centre to support global business continuity.
- Drive timely, accurate project setup, invoicing, and working capital performance to meet billing and financial KPIs globally.
- Coach and develop a high-performing team while ensuring compliance with financial controls and operational standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- 8-12 years experience in Project Accounting, Billing, Order-to-Cash, or Finance Operations in professional services.
- Experience leading teams in global/shared services or finance operations environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with project accounting, ERP, or billing systems.

- Experienced in managing global finance operations and stakeholder relationships across geographies.
- Skilled in operational excellence, problem-solving, and driving process improvements including automation.
