About This Role
- Define and execute medium- to long-term IT vendor management strategy covering MSPs, professional services, and software publishers.
- Manage end-to-end governance of strategic MSP relationships including contracts, performance (SLAs/XLAs), business reviews, and multi-supplier integration for business outcomes.
- Lead software asset management and vendor management office team, including budgeting, contract negotiation, compliance, and scalable process development.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- 15+ years in IT vendor management, sourcing, supplier governance, software asset management, or related IT operations in complex global enterprise.
- 8+ years managing large, multi-million-dollar vendor relationships with experience in SLA/XLA regimes, transitions, and renewals.
- Must be legally authorized to work in India; Hybrid location in Bangalore; Travel up to 40%.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader able to negotiate and manage senior supplier/executive relationships and complex commercial issues in global matrix organizations.
- Skilled in strategic vendor management frameworks including governance, supplier segmentation, policy formulation, and cost/value optimization.
- Familiar with ServiceNow, SIAM, ITIL multi-sourcing models, and compliance oversight in regulated industries like healthcare or life sciences.
