About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web-based applications to support risk management, regulatory oversight, supervisory, surveillance, and operational risk workflows.
- Partner with Risk, Compliance, Business Control, and Technology stakeholders to translate business requirements into automated workflows, dashboards, and reporting solutions improving operational efficiency and control effectiveness.
- Participate in full software development lifecycle and contribute to technical architecture decisions ensuring security, scalability, performance, and maintainability.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong programming skills including Python (with Pandas and NumPy) and JavaScript (React).
- Experience with Git/GitHub, financial modelling using Microsoft Excel, MongoDB, and SQL databases.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced developer comfortable working across front-end and back-end full stack environments in finance risk management context.
- Proficient at translating complex business/regulatory risk requirements into technical solutions and automation workflows.
- Skilled in analytical tools, data visualization, and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams under tight deadlines.
