About This Role
- Lead design, development, and end-to-end implementation of scalable Java microservices and backend systems.
- Own development, maintenance, testing, deployment, and operations of containerized API services ensuring high performance and uptime.
- Drive technical direction and architecture decisions including adoption of new technologies and AI-assisted design for fault-tolerant, observable systems.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in software development.
- B.Sc. degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent.
- Strong proficiency in Java backend development with knowledge of OOP, design patterns, Spring framework.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, cloud environments, and relational databases (SQL).

- Experienced senior-level individual contributor comfortable making architectural decisions and influencing engineering standards.
- Skilled in building cloud-native, microservices-based backend systems with an emphasis on scalability and maintainability.
