About This Role
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes).
- Automate infrastructure and development workflows, build and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging systems for uptime and observability.
- Collaborate with Engineering, QA, and Security teams; troubleshoot complex staging and production issues; mentor junior engineers and promote DevOps best practices.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering roles.
- Hands-on knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions or similar), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST with rotational morning shifts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated ability to independently lead open-ended projects from design through implementation.
- Strong coding and scripting skills for debugging and automation in production environments.
- Experience working in global, multi-team settings focused on high reliability and security compliance.
