About This Role
- Design and deliver full-stack features using Java/Spring Boot and React/Angular, ensuring resilient services and integrations (Kafka/eventing).
- Drive engineering quality through code reviews, test strategy, automation, and CI/CD pipeline improvements.
- Improve production readiness with monitoring, alerting, dashboards, runbooks; mentor engineers and standardize best practices across the squad.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification.
- Strong Java, Spring Boot, React/Angular full-stack development experience.
- Experience with Kafka producers/consumers in Java, SQL databases (Aurora/Postgres), NoSQL (Cassandra/DynamoDB/Elastic Search), and CI/CD using Cloud Foundry/AWS.
- Hands-on experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools with ability to validate and refine AI-generated outputs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to deliver complex full-stack solutions in a large corporate environment leveraging AI-assisted development tools.
- Experienced in building resilient, highly available architectures considering operational readiness and failure recovery.
- Strong quality focus with skills in TDD, automation, monitoring (Dynatrace, Splunk, Grafana), and mentoring engineering teams.
