About This Role
- Own test strategy and release quality criteria across customer-facing products including web dashboards, APIs, notifications, and GenAI products (chatbots, voice IVR, AI agents).
- Build and maintain UI automation (Selenium or Playwright), API automation, and end-to-end regression suites.
- Design and implement evaluation strategies for AI agents using LLM-as-judge, rubrics, and build automated evaluation suites integrated with CI/CD.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-9 years of experience in software testing with hands-on SDET experience.
- Proficient in Python and Java programming languages.
- Experience with UI automation tools like Selenium or Playwright, API automation, end-to-end frameworks, and CI/CD integration.
- Prior experience testing chatbots, voice IVRs, GenAI agents, and designing evaluation methods such as LLM-as-judge and rubrics.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in owning and improving test strategy and release quality at a senior level within AI or customer-facing product domains.
- Skilled at designing complex AI agent evaluation frameworks and tooling with hands-on engineering in Python and Java.
- Able to collaborate closely with GenAI, CX engineering, and product teams; comfortable mentoring SDETs and setting testing standards.
