About This Role
- Develop and deliver an automation-first test suite covering functional, performance, and regression testing for ComplianceAlpha products.
- Architect and maintain reusable, scalable multi-layer automation frameworks for UI, API, and database tests as part of a geo-located agile product team.
- Provide guidance and leadership on automation strategy, script creation, and defect resolution across cross-functional teams while aligning efforts with product and organizational goals.
Minimum Requirements
- 7 to 9 years of overall test automation experience with at least 3 years using Playwright and Typescript or Javascript.
- Development experience in C#, Java, or any other Object Oriented Programming language.
- Experience with API automation (OData, REST, SOAP), database testing, CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, TeamCity), and version control (Git/SVN).
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 7 to 9 years of test automation experience.

- Experienced in designing and implementing scalable test automation frameworks and strategies, specifically automation-first approaches.
- Able to lead automation efforts within agile teams and collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and IT teams.
