About This Role
- Lead and manage an agile team of 5-8 full-stack engineers focused on .NET Core backend and React frontend development.
- Drive technical decisions to scale a SaaS Business Spend Management platform, balancing monolithic and microservices architectures.
- Collaborate with product management to prioritize features and ensure timely, high-quality product delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years total experience with at least 3+ years in technical lead or management roles.
- 6+ years hands-on experience developing SaaS products using C#/.NET Core APIs and React.
- Experience with agile Scrum development processes and CI/CD best practices.
- Location: Hyderabad, India (Hybrid work model).
