About This Role
- Lead IT infrastructure projects focusing on cloud adoption, migration, governance, cost optimization, and security within hybrid cloud environments.
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, and Teams with Tier 3 technical expertise and policy enforcement.
- Mentor junior engineers, handle complex system/network troubleshooting, and participate in audit support for IT infrastructure compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in IT system engineering, cloud architecture, or related roles.
- Expertise in Microsoft Azure services, SharePoint Online administration, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform.
- Proficiency in automation/scripting (PowerShell, Python), and strong understanding of networking, security, and cloud governance frameworks.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading cloud infrastructure projects with strong operational and leadership capacity in hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
- Deep technical knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem, Azure certifications such as AZ-305, AZ-400, SC-500 are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with regulated environments (GxP, GAMP5), ITIL processes, DevOps practices, and supporting M&A IT integrations.
