Structured overview of role & requirements
About This Role
- Develop, test, and deploy autonomous AI agents capable of reasoning, multi-step planning, tool utilization, and execution in enterprise environments.
- Transition AI prototypes into resilient production systems by writing clean, performant code, optimizing LLM prompts, integrating APIs, and managing stateful agentic workflows.
- Implement features like context retention, error handling with self-correction/escalation, and high-throughput ingestion pipelines to support multi-turn interactions and enterprise system integration.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-6 years core software engineering experience; minimum 1 year hands-on with production-grade LLM applications, RAG pipelines, or agentic workflows.
- Strong proficiency in Python (including FastAPI, Pydantic, Asyncio) and experience with LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, or LlamaIndex.
- Experience writing strict JSON schemas for function calls, developing API wrappers (REST/gRPC), and working with vector databases.
- Experience with observability platforms for tracing AI agent execution, and solid CI/CD, Git workflows, testing, and Docker skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced software engineer with a focus on AI agent orchestration and production deployment in enterprise settings.
- Skilled in multi-step LLM prompt engineering techniques (Chain-of-Thought, ReAct) and robust API/data integration for AI workflows.
- Comfortable working under lead architect guidance to implement scalable, maintainable AI systems with strong error handling and observability.
