About This Role
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions focusing on Conga CPQ / Salesforce CPQ within Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
- Design development timelines, technical designs, and architectural direction while collaborating with the Development Manager.
- Guide and support developers through code reviews, quality assurance, and performance optimization to ensure project alignment and high standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of Salesforce development experience, including 3 years with Conga CPQ / Salesforce CPQ and Experience (Community) Cloud.
- Strong technical skills in Apex, Visualforce, Aura, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs, and Salesforce security models.
- Work Mode: 5 days a week, Hybrid.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in M&A transformation initiatives involving Sales, CPQ, Service, and Experience Clouds.
- Able to independently manage development tasks while collaborating effectively with team and product specialists.
- Experienced in supporting multiple Salesforce orgs/ecosystems and managing complex enterprise environment integrations.
