About This Role
- Define and lead verification strategy and architecture for complex SoC programs and portfolios with measurable business impact.
- Lead critical cross-organizational technical initiatives, risk management, and execution alignment.
- Architect scalable verification platforms and frameworks; provide evidence-based signoff recommendations to senior leadership.
Minimum Requirements
- Master's degree in EE, CE, CS or related field with 8+ years experience OR Bachelor's with 11+ years relevant industry experience.
- Expertise in SoC design verification with senior technical authority across multiple programs.
- Proficient in SystemVerilog, UVM, constrained-random verification, assertions; advanced scripting with Python, Tcl/Tk, Perl, Shell.
- Experience defining verification strategy, leading large-scale initiatives, using EDA tools in UNIX environment.
