About This Role
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable frontend, backend, APIs, and cloud-integrated components for enterprise-grade web applications.
- Modernize and refactor MVP or legacy codebases into maintainable, production-ready systems while reducing technical debt and improving performance.
- Support feature delivery, bug fixing, release readiness, performance optimization, and production issue remediation working with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, and architecture.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in full stack software development, including enterprise or SaaS web applications.
- Advanced skills in frontend development with React, Angular, or modern JS/TS frameworks; backend development using Python, Node.js, Java, or equivalent; and RESTful API development.
- Proficiency in relational databases (PostgreSQL / SQL Server) and cloud platform services (specifically Azure).
- Experience with Agile product teams, CI/CD, Git workflows, container basics, and deployment monitoring.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in balancing new feature development, production support, and technical debt reduction within Agile, cross-functional product teams.
- Strong operating style focused on scalable, maintainable application architecture and robust API integration in cloud environments.
- Prior experience with modernizing legacy or MVP applications to production-grade SaaS products, with exposure to Azure-hosted stacks as a plus.
