About This Role
- Validate integration, system, and end-to-end features for LTE/NR/GSM products, ensuring robustness and stability.
- Use AI tools to accelerate debugging, log analysis, and root cause analysis across multiple telecom modules and layers.
- Reproduce and investigate field/customer issues with direct involvement, automating end-to-end feature testing to improve product quality.
Minimum Requirements
- Strong wireless telecom system knowledge covering 2G, 4G LTE, 5G NSA/SA protocols and core/platform interactions.
- Hands-on experience with Python and Pytest for automation and tool scripting.
- Proven debugging and root cause analysis skills including coredumps, gdb, log/PCAP analysis, and KPI/counter reasoning.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electronics, Communication, Computer Science Engineering or equivalent education/experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced working across UE, RAN, Core, Platform, and EMS layers showing a systems thinking approach.
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools as engineering accelerators in daily workflows.
- Has practical exposure to field/customer-facing issue resolution and familiarity with telecom standards and multi-module problem analysis.
