About This Role
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable, secure web applications using Python, React.js, Node.js, and Next.js.
- Build and optimize backend services including RESTful APIs and database integrations to ensure high performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Designers, QA, and AI Engineers across the full software development lifecycle.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-4 years of hands-on Full-Stack Development experience.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proficiency in Python backend development and frontend technologies including React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, relational (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases, Git, Docker, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with sprint-based workflows.
- Strong grasp of software architecture, secure coding, unit and integration testing practices.
- Ability to participate in architecture discussion, code reviews, and DevOps automation including CI/CD pipelines.
