About This Role
- Own accurate and compliant administration and quality delivery of global retirement programs and broader benefits portfolio.
- Drive process improvements, strengthen controls, and enhance employee and stakeholder experience related to Total Rewards Administration.
- Manage governance, vendor performance, audits, and provide data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years experience in Total Rewards, benefits, or retirement operations, implementation, governance or service delivery.
- Strong knowledge of benefits administration and retirement plan principles, including operational controls and legal/regulatory requirements.
- Location requirement: Taguig, Philippines; Travel up to 25%; Relocation not provided.

- Experienced in cross-functional collaboration with Total Rewards, Payroll, HR Technology, Procurement, and external providers in a global environment.
- Skilled in quality assurance, process improvement, vendor governance, and service-performance management.
- Analytical with strong problem-solving and stakeholder management capabilities, able to operate effectively in a fast-paced global setting.
