About This Role
- Lead end-to-end lifecycle of core banking product requirements, including translating business needs into functional and technical specifications, and managing backlog prioritization.
- Collaborate across product, engineering, and customer teams to ensure delivery, quality, and alignment of features spanning core banking domains like lending, payments, data, AI/ML, and integration.
- Drive execution of cross-product solution patterns, support migration strategies, and ensure technology stack alignment including APIs, cloud readiness, and extensibility frameworks.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years experience in core banking product management or solution architecture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of core banking systems, payments ecosystems, APIs, microservices, and cloud-native environments.
- Proven experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and requirement lifecycle management.

- Experienced in end-to-end core banking product leadership bridging technical and business domains, particularly in migration, coexistence, or transformation contexts.
- Ability to manage cross-functional and cross-product collaborations, balancing product strategy and technical delivery for scalable banking solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with capability to operate in a product-led, platform banking environment emphasizing upgradeability, reusability, and compliance.
