About This Role
- Perform and ensure accuracy in general accounting activities including journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close deliverables.
- Analyze balance sheet and P&L accounts to investigate variances and coordinate resolution with stakeholders.
- Drive process improvement initiatives leveraging automation and digital tools to simplify and standardize accounting workflows.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 4-6 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in General Accounting / Record-to-Report processes.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and experience with month-end close accounting activities.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced with accounting process simplification and automation using digital tools such as Power Query, Power BI, Macros, Power Automate, or AI-enabled solutions.
- Ability to work effectively in a global environment collaborating across geographies and cross-functional teams.
- Holds or is progressing toward a professional accounting certification (CA, CMA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent).
