About This Role
- Owns end-to-end delivery from Hyderabad for Opella's multi-org Salesforce environment, managing build, release, and quality across India-based CoE teams.
- Leads and grows the Hyderabad hub team including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and career development of 10+ personnel.
- Manages delivery of the global Salesforce roadmap across multiple domains (myCRM, CCM, myAlliance, TPM, B2B & B2C Marketing) by allocating resources and reporting KPIs, budget, and risks to leadership.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years IT experience with at least 5 years in Salesforce roles and 5 years in people leadership.
- Must hold Salesforce Administrator and Platform App Builder certifications; Application or System Architect and PMP certifications are preferred.
- Degree in Engineering or Computer Science mandatory.
- Experience in multi-cloud Salesforce programs (Sales, Service, Experience, Data Cloud) and managing stakeholders across global time zones.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven track record in building or scaling delivery centers of 10+ team members, demonstrating strong leadership in Salesforce delivery.
- Experience in pharma, consumer health, or other GxP-regulated industries indicating familiarity with regulated environments.
- Skilled at managing complex global Salesforce delivery involving cross-functional teams and multi-cloud environments.
