About This Role
- Coordinate and execute day-to-day project management activities for clients in the APAC region to ensure service delivery meets client requirements and company standards.
- Translate client requirements into actionable operational work requests, monitor progress, and proactively update stakeholders on deadlines and project status.
- Manage review platform-specific tasks, including user requests, database management, reporting, and support matter-specific deliverables while maintaining project budgets and facilitating clear client communication.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 2 years consulting, litigation support, paralegal, or attorney experience in law firms, corporate legal departments, or eDiscovery service providers; total experience around 4 to 5 years.
- Hands-on experience working with Relativity review platform.
- Work hours aligned with APAC shifts between 6 AM - 11 PM IST; flexibility for weekend shifts is an advantage.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing multiple simultaneous projects in fast-paced, client-facing environments within eDiscovery or legal service delivery.
- Strong client relationship skills with proactive expectation management and clear communication, delivering high-quality, accurate service.
- Operationally detail-oriented with ability to translate complex client needs into clear project tasks and manage technical tools like Relativity effectively.
