About This Role
- Lead the design, development, and technical delivery of complex full-stack software solutions using Java/Spring Boot and React/Angular within an agile Business Banking technology team.
- Drive adoption and governance of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software engineering practices to improve code quality, delivery velocity, and operational outcomes.
- Own production excellence initiatives including incident reduction, root cause analysis prevention, performance tuning, and operational readiness across cloud-based microservices ecosystems.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
- Deep expertise in Java 8+, Spring Boot, microservices architecture, and frontend frameworks React or Angular.
- Strong experience with Kafka event-driven architecture including retries, idempotency, dead letter queues, and schema/versioning.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (Cassandra, DynamoDB, Elastic Search), Cloud Foundry/AWS, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tools like Dynatrace, Splunk, or Grafana.

- Proven leadership in mentoring engineers and driving cross-team technical alignment in software delivery.
- Experience implementing secure, resilient, and highly available cloud-native applications with an emphasis on operational readiness.
