About This Role
- Manage day-to-day execution of APAC client projects ensuring client requirements and company standards are met through planning, analysis, execution, and close-out.
- Coordinate client communications and internal teams to convert client requirements into operational work requests and provide proactive updates on deadlines and deliverables.
- Handle specific eDiscovery tasks such as data intake preparation, troubleshooting client data issues, managing Relativity platform tasks, supporting project-specific reporting, and monitoring project budgets with required approvals.
Minimum Requirements
- 4 to 5 years overall experience including minimum 2 years in consulting, litigation support, paralegal or attorney role within law firm, corporate legal department, or eDiscovery service provider.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Hands-on experience with Relativity review platform.
- Flexibility to work APAC shifts between 6 AM - 11 PM IST, including weekend coverage.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing multiple simultaneous legal technology or eDiscovery projects in a fast-paced environment with strong client service orientation.
- Proven ability to translate complex client requirements into operational plans and execute with attention to quality and deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a 24/7 shift environment supporting APAC clients with strong communication and collaboration skills across diverse internal and external stakeholders.
