About This Role
- Lead business process diagnostics and mapping across multiple firm service lines to identify and quantify pain points and inefficiencies.
- Develop and deliver future-state process redesigns with automation and AI-enabled solutions, including performance metrics definition and measurement.
- Manage stakeholder engagement, document requirements, and support implementation tracking to achieve measurable improvements and reusable process artifacts.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Information Systems, or related field.
- 8-12 years experience in business process analysis, operations, consulting, or transformation with demonstrated ownership of process work.
- Proven proficiency in business and technical requirements writing, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement.
- Working knowledge of process and data/tools like Visio, Miro, Excel, Power BI; location: Mumbai preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in end-to-end process transformation including root cause analysis, solution design, and implementation oversight in a multi-service line environment.
- Skilled in bridging business and technology teams, especially in automation and AI-enabled process improvements (RPA, GenAI).
- Comfortable managing multiple initiatives concurrently with data-driven performance measurement and continuous improvement approach.
