About This Role
- Lead and grow a team of product designers, managing hiring, onboarding, performance, and team health.
- Define product direction by partnering with product and engineering leaders to prioritize and measure success of autonomous healthcare AI experiences.
- Drive design quality through critiques, hands-on problem solving, cross-functional collaboration, and evolving AI-aided design processes.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years in product design with at least 3 years managing designers and demonstrated ability to develop talent.
- Portfolio evidencing shipment of complex products with leadership impact and measurable outcomes.
- Experience collaborating with product and engineering leaders on prioritization and tradeoffs in ambiguous environments.
- Proficiency with AI tools in design workflows, Figma, prototyping, and technical discussions with engineers.
