About This Role
- Contribute to building and scaling an AI-powered collections platform, focusing on product vision, strategy, roadmap, UX, business case, and go-to-market.
- Define and translate end-to-end collections domain capabilities (e.g., delinquency, collection strategies, account prioritization, legal collections) into scalable, configurable workflows and AI-powered solutions.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. and Canadian regulations by embedding data governance, auditability, and responsible AI principles into the platform.
Minimum Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in collections product management, product ownership, strategy, or enterprise platforms.
- Strong knowledge of collections domain: delinquency, recovery, loan servicing, customer assistance, and multi-product lending preferred.
- Experience with collections/servicing platforms, CRM, decisioning, workflow or digital banking relevant to collections.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Finance, Business or related discipline; MBA or relevant certification desirable.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing product strategy and detailed domain capabilities within banking & financial services collections (mortgages, cards, personal loans, etc.).
- Skilled in integrating AI/ML, GenAI, Agentic AI, predictive analytics, and workflow automation into product solutions.
- Able to translate complex regulatory requirements (US/Canada) into product features ensuring compliance, governance, and auditability.
