About This Role
- Manage engineering programs to ensure on-time new product releases with scope, schedule, budget, and quality control.
- Drive improvements in product development processes to enhance quality, cycle time, and costs, implementing Agile methodologies and Ralliant Business System tools.
- Coordinate cross-functional and external stakeholder collaboration, resolving resource conflicts and overseeing robust execution plans.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years of program management experience in new product development.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering.
- Experience managing project scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience leading complex engineering release programs with Agile and lean development methodologies.
- Ability to influence and manage multiple stakeholders across marketing, engineering, finance, and vendors.
- Strategic focus on process improvements to optimize product quality, delivery timelines, and development costs.
