About This Role
- Own centralized PMO governance and coordination across strategic initiatives involving technology, transformation, ODC, infrastructure, and client onboarding.
- Manage project plans, milestone trackers, RAID logs, dashboards, and executive reporting to ensure on-time delivery and governance compliance.
- Serve as the single point of coordination among leadership, clients, vendors, HR, procurement, operations, and external partners to drive execution, client onboarding, and resolution of cross-functional dependencies.
Minimum Requirements
- 10-15 years total work experience with 8+ years in program/project management and PMO governance.
- Experience in executive administration, client relationship management, vendor & procurement coordination, reporting, and cross-functional stakeholder management.
- Preferred qualifications include MBA/PGDM/Engineering/Technology degree and certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, PMP-PMO; ITIL Foundation preferred.
- Proficiency with tools like PowerPoint, Excel, ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps, or Planner is required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader with a background supporting Technology, Infrastructure, ODC, or Digital Transformation programs.
- Proven ability to centralize coordination and drive execution across multiple stakeholders including leadership, clients, vendors, and project teams.
- Strong ownership and accountability with skills in governance, executive reporting, risk management, and operational excellence.
