About This Role
- Own end-to-end program delivery for the Billing Centralization Program, ensuring on-time, on-budget execution across multiple waves and managing interdependencies and risks.
- Facilitate governance and stakeholder communication, including stage-gate reviews with CFO, CEO, and Steering Committee, providing transparent reporting and decision support.
- Drive post-stabilization continuous improvement initiatives to optimize billing operations through KPI monitoring, Lean/Six Sigma projects, automation, and innovation governance.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field.
- Overall 10+ years of experience, including 4-6 years in project management, business analysis, or operations excellence.
- PMP, Agile, or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred (not mandatory).
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid location in Hyderabad.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced program manager with a strong track record in managing multi-wave, complex transformation programs in billing or finance domains.
- Skilled in risk management, stakeholder engagement at executive levels, and facilitating governance to enable GO/NO-GO decisions.
- Proficient in continuous improvement methodologies, with operational expertise in Lean Six Sigma and automation technologies applied to billing processes.
