About This Role
- Own end-to-end design, build, and deployment of production-grade Agentic AI solutions for large enterprises across multi-cloud and multi-LLM environments.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders and product teams to translate ambiguous business requirements into technical AI agentic workflows.
- Manage communication and progress reporting with global, cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.
Minimum Requirements
- 2 to 5+ years of hands-on software development experience, primarily in Python.
- Experience with AI agents, agentic workflows, and frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or OpenAI Agents SDK.
- Demonstrated strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related technical field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building and productionizing Agentic AI solutions in enterprise-grade multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Comfortable working independently and managing client expectations in ambiguous, fast-moving projects involving AI agents.
- Practical familiarity with large-scale AI programs that involve full-stack development, cloud deployment, and multi-agent orchestration patterns.
