About This Role
- Own financial controlling, savings governance, and reporting for multiple Home Care manufacturing factories.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial evaluation of capital and cost initiatives.
- Coordinate with site finance teams, support audits, compliance, and travel frequently across factories for review and governance.
Minimum Requirements
- Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Work Experience Required: 0-3 years.
- Preferred domain exposure: Plant, manufacturing, or supply chain finance.
- Location: Assam - Doom Dooma (onsite) or frequent travel to factories in the region.

- Strong analytical skills with ability to handle data, reporting, and stakeholder management.
