About This Role
- Lead Level 3 engineering and project management for Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Cisco Meraki, and managed services environments focusing on client onboarding, data and infrastructure migrations, and escalation resolution.
- Design, build, and administer Microsoft 365 environments and deliver on-premises to Azure migrations including identity, networking, and backup solutions.
- Manage and troubleshoot Cisco Meraki networking solutions and mentor junior engineers while ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and high-quality service delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of IT infrastructure or systems engineering experience, preferably in Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment, with at least 2 years leading client onboarding, data migration, and Azure migration projects.
- Expertise in Microsoft 365 administration including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, Conditional Access, MFA, and device management.
- Hands-on experience with Azure infrastructure including virtual machines, networking, Azure Virtual Desktop, Azure Backup and PowerShell scripting; Cisco Meraki networking knowledge (MX, MS, MR) required.
- Work Experience Required: 7+ years; Certifications such as Microsoft AZ-104, AZ-140, MS-102, MD-102, Cisco Meraki CMNA, or ITIL Foundation are advantageous but not mandatory.
